Processing Times

All orders are processed before they are shipped. Processing times vary depending on the item purchased.

Custom & Handmade Items

Custom and handmade items are made to order with care. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before your order is shipped.

All Other Items

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1–5 business days before shipment.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, Studio Elevyn is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Studio Elevyn is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
